1. You can reset the email and forward the reset password email at support@gurkhatech.com or you can directly forward password if you have one already at support@gurkhatech.com from https://register.com.np

Or 

2. Update the primary NS(Nameserver) record to ns1.gurkhatech.com and ns2.gurkhatech.com in your mercantile account at https://register.com.np
